Lounge Policies
- Be respectful.
- Everyone is welcome.
- Harassment or negative behaviors will not be tolerated.
- If someone is waiting to play, finish up your turn.
- No cheating or illegal activity.
- Console games are available for free. See the attendant on duty for console usage.
Esports Lounge Rules
- Food and drink are not allowed at gaming stations Drinks besides water must be consumed away from computers by the round tables. Water with secure lids may be consumed by computers.
- Mistreatment of Esports Lounge equipment will not be tolerated, as well as unreasonable noise.
- This includes but is not limited to: banging on keyboards and mice.
- At the discretion of the lounge attendant, players will be asked to leave or be issued a warning. If repeated, student information will be noted by the attendant and asked to leave immediately.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring my own equipment (Headset, keyboard, mouse, etc.)?
Yes you can bring your own peripheral equipment to use in the lounge.
Do I need to own the PC game to play the game?
Yes, you need to own the PC game, however, you can use any of our console games for free.
Can I bring food or drinks?
Yes, you can bring food and drinks but can only be consumed away from computers by the round table.

Gaming Rates
- UO students: $3.50/hour; $30/10 hours
- UO faculty members/staff: $4.50/hour; $40/10 hours
- Off-campus community members: $6.00/hour
Reserve Esports Lounge
Host your next birthday party, team-building event, or community gathering in the University of Oregon Esports Lounge! The lounge of more than 1,100 square feet is operated by the UO to provide a home to the gaming community to those in Eugene! With twenty-five gaming stations and three console stations with each console station equipped with a Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox, we can accommodate all the gaming needs. On-site UO catering is also available to help make gaming all the easier.

Our rate structure is tiered based on the following categories: ASUO/UO student groups, UO departments and affiliates, nonaffiliated companies/community members, and not-for-profit organizations. Feel free to contact us for an estimate. Getting an estimate is free, no obligation, and is customized to your specific event.
