Policy language: No bikes are allowed in EMU owned and operated facilities. 

Exceptions include:

• The Outdoor and Bike Program designated spaces 
• UOPD or any other first responder or emergency agencies 
• Authorized special scheduled events with the approval of the EMU Director
• ADA approved accessibility mobility aids. 

For the purpose of this policy, a bike is defined as a non-electric, human powered 1-, 2-, or 3-wheeled bike.
