Policy language: Scheduling and Event Services and EMU Administration facilitate access to advertising in public spaces administered by the EMU. Advertising may include ground stakes, lobby display, posters/flyers, sandwich boards, table tents, EMU banner space, and digital displays. Use of this resource is limited to UO student organizations, university departments, and EMU tenants. Scheduling and Event Services is the contact for all advertising in the EMU except for posters and flyers, which are handled by EMU Administration.
