ID Card Services systems will be offline during spring break (March 25–29, 2024) due to a scheduled upgrade.

During the scheduled outage, adding money to Duck Bucks accounts, uploading photos for UO ID cards, requesting meals from Ducks Feeding Ducks, and printing new ID cards will be unavailable.

The office will be open during the break, and staff will be available to answer questions.

Your UO ID Card

The UO ID card is the official identification card for students, faculty members, and staff at the University of Oregon. You will use it to check out books at the library, gain access to the Student Recreation Center, eat at on-campus dining venues, ride LTD buses for free, and more.

Your UO ID card can also be used as a debit card in the Duck Bucks program. You can use your UO ID card for purchases on campus simply by depositing funds to your Duck Bucks account.

Need a Contractor Badge?

All external contractors, vendors, and clients must show identification when on UO property. These badges are required to display the individual’s photo, name of their organization, job title, and phone number. If a vendor or contracted employee does not have a badge that meets these requirements, they may purchase one from the ID Card Office. Basic badges cost $10 each. Access badges cost $15 each.
