Student Night Managers |
This position is responsible for working with the Lead Night Manager to represent the Director of the Erb Memorial Union during the evening and on weekend in matters of the building: supervision, operations, building security; and departmental policy. The Student Night Manager works cooperatively with OPS, Eugene Police and Emergency Response Teams to resolved all emergencies in the EMU. Student Night Managers must exercise sound judgment and act in a responsible manner. They must possess composure and the ability to work with occasional difficult situations. Integrity and honesty are paramount. The successful candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate in a professional and friendly way.
