Locknetic and Omni Code Requests

  • Locknetic and Omni access are only done on Mondays and Thursdays excluding emergencies. If this is an emergency request, please contact the Key and Access Coordinator at vabbott@uoregon.edu.
    • Emergencies include: terminated employees who leave on hostile terms and access to labs which house animals or time-sensitive experiments.
  • There is no deposit for a locknetic or omni code.
  • For every change to a user's access, the online form must be submitted.
  • If this is a request for an auto-unlock schedule, please email directly vabbott@uoregon.edu.
  • Every department needs to submit the Locknetic/Omni Authorized Requestor form before submitting locknetic access requests:
    • This form designates who in a department is authorized to request access for students, faculty, staff, and other affiliates of the UO.
    • Fill out and either send through campus mail or scan and email to vabbott@uoregon.edu.
  • Locknetic and Omni access must be requested through the Locknetic/Omni Request Form:
    • Log into the website.
    • Fill out the applicable spaces on the form.
    • Click "submit".
